Telkom ,when will they sort out the Eversdal exchange problem!!

I urge all the people in the eversdal and durbanville, sonstraal area ,to help me complain about our exchange problem we have been having over the last couple months, its ridiculous. I currently have a 4mb line with telkom ,but i end up getting ridiculously slow speeds,we are talking 10kbs, some times even worse than that.

the worse of the matter ,is that i work from this line , and need to upload and download big files to ftp accounts etc. so i have been battling with my clients, and making continous excuses, and last week i lost 2 of them ,and that was the final straw , i phoned in again ,and the customer service agent literally told me that the line is fine ,and then when i brought up the fault in the area ,he said "oh yes there is a fault in that area ,and that i logged it early this year", i told him we need closure on when this fault will be repaired ,and he's response was " there is no date , they will fix it when they get around to the network repairs in the future". i cant believe how unprofessional these people are.

I ask if anyone has another solution to this problem for me , because i will not be able to put up with this for very much longer , how is neotel and there speeds?

I stay in Eversdal, close to the Primary School, been having serious internet issues afterhours from January to July, then suddenly it got fixed. Recently though, ive noticed this problem returning, not as bad as before though.

I use my internet for online gaming, and losing packets in a 10/25man raid results in a big latency spike, and eventually a disconnect.

Eversdal internet very slow since Tuesday

Parts of Eversdal internet gone slow again since Tuesday. Any idea when the problem will be resolved? Seems to be only affecting the old ADSL services in the area?
