Telkom Wifi Calling

HI All

Hoping someone here can help me out.
I have tried the call center but they dont even understand the concept of WiFi calling, so thats no help at all.

I have been using Wifi Calling successfully both locally and overseas on my S23 Ultra with no issues.
However suddenly over the last few months, this is no longer working. It will sometimes connect for a few minutes and then go back to VoLTE.

To be honest, with the new MTN Superflex the only thing keeping me on Telkom is their WiFi calling as MTN doesn't allow this overseas.

Anyone have any idea or tips that I could try to get this working?

On the Vodacom supplied Samsung phones, they always revert back to mobile preferred in the VoWiFi settings. Only way to really get VoWiFi working on Vodacom is to turn on airplane mode and then turn just WiFi back on...then the phone will use VoWiFi.

Perhaps Telkom have started doing something similar?

Have checked that, its WiFi Preferred.
