Guess I should count myself lucky (or not) that I got a call back 2 days after application on the 4th Nov, they took my money and now I don't get anything anymore, call center never answers phones (been holding for a total of over 180 minutes in the past 2 days), online chat useless as they can't do anything other then take notes and pass on which gets nowhere.
Waited in a queue at a telkom store but no luck as they don't have my application.
Telkom must be the most fragmented company I know and when they put red tape around customer service..... rather clever hey!!
I suppose shame on you if you fool me once, shame on me if you fool me twice, all I can say is this demon has not changed its spots!
