It's says 4-10? Why are you saying 4? 317GB would be possible to pull in about 3 days on a 10Mb line. Is your line only running at 4? Your post makes no sense
 
4Mbps line. I think that you would even struggle to get 300gb on a 10Mbps in 3 days. My estimation would be about 276gb if for some reason you managed to maintain maximum speed for 3 days.

4Mbps can theoretically only achieve 30MB in a minute. That's 1.8GB in an hour, 43.2GB in 24 hours and 129.6GB in 72 hours. If my calculations are correct, 317GB would take slightly more than a week to download (provided that the download never stops or there are no fluctuations in speed/FUP)
