Before I get shot - I normally feel about Telkom the same as the majority of users on this forum do.

I also do believe that credit should be given where it is due.

Friday 15:00 - Decided that ISDN line is not going to be used anymore and that it should be converted to a second ADSL line.

Friday 15:30 - Telkom informs us that it will take 6 weeks. (Ugh!)

Monday 14:00 - Get phone call from Telkom; can they please come and install Tuesday (today) at 09:30 (Huh?)

Tuesday 09:40 - Telkom pitches.

Tuesday 11:00 - Working ADSL line.

Great job guys - keep this up and we may yet start to like you.

Some people waited months for a simple service

My question is, is this at work or at home?

Telkom claims businesses gets quicker service...

Yes - the accounts are registered to a business but it was for an installation at home.

Thats why..they said they gna fone today..so im waitn..but i doubt they'll come..check the time already
