...that after having the lines for more than 20 users stolen in a rural area stolen for the fourth time, and after refusing to pay for the new lines & telling us to use 8TA (which we don't get here), that the one lonely client that paid R15K out of his own pocket to wirelessly link to the exchange, you'd...

STOP BLOODY DISCONNECTING US BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE LINES?

You have one client using your piece of junk in the exchange, and you can't even get that right?

SERIOUSLY?

We can't log a fault - no lines = no data

14 days without ADSL is getting on my tits!

EDIT: 3rd time we have been DC'ed due to no fault of ours, and counting (clerical errors, all, not one was as a result of a technical fault).

Some people just don't like money.

I suspect a certain aversion to good service is at play too.

My mom went in to her local Telkom store to ask about lowering her DSL speed to 1Mbps (from 4Mbps). She may have been silly enough to ask if she needs to cancel it first. This accidental use of the word "cancel" meant that two days later, her line was completely dead. She had to wait A MONTH before it was reactivated.

**** Telkom.

Telkom, you'd be wrong...

I have had nightmares the last week, waiting for a response from them - even the ISP ain't getting a reply from them.

Is there no physical way that power by numbers can get these ****ers out of the system altogether? Please???
