The Telcom ZA representative never responds to any queries sent to him. I have sent a few queries over a time span of 10 months and he has not responded to a single query or private message , cant the MYBB guys get someone new to attend to our queries because trying to get hold of TELKOMZA is a total waste of time and i dont understand why he is still on this forum.
 
Strange, always had a response to my PM's since they joined the forum in 2013. Usually from Charl but others have stepped in when he's not available.
 
I got good support from TelkomZA on Twitter two months ago. Can't comment on the forum support though.
 
The twitter guys are quick to say "We will revert back with feedback" but then you never hear from them again.

That is strange, I have also always had great feedback from him.
 
TELKOMZA replied to my PM, albeit 2 days later, but he did apologize for the slow response.

+1 for Charl and Team, they really help, but it does take +- 24 hours.
