Please help with a solution
Account was canceled last year in October (Order number 758705569A) Called the call center plenty of time during the time. Only to find out my last bill will be on the 9th of May which is 7 months later. And my contract was over before I canceled with them. Since then Telkom owes me R1700, and my R700 deposit I paid when I started my contract. When contacting them, its always the same story " it's with the credit manager" I'm so tired of phoning and complaining about this disgusting services. I should not be waiting 7 months for a refund. They are frauds and rogues
