- Call helkom this morning to upgrade my adsl line
- Upgrading from 20mbps to 40Mbps
- Upgraded my line from 10 - 20 Mbps a few weeks ago which was completed within a day
- Internet down
- Call telkom to find out wtf is going on
- Told line is down because its being upgraded
- Transfered to sales dept.
- Stay on the line for 30+ min to get order processed
- Told line will be complete within hour
- 2 hours later im still waiting
- Why the **** was I not told i'll be down during the upgrade?
- Previous upgrade no downtime wtf?

Looks like im screwed and will have to wait till monday ****

10mb to 20mb, likely ADSL to ADSL (click button on screen)
20mb to 40mb likely ADSL to VDSL (physical change at the exchange/msan)
