I have about one year ago received a desktop wireless phone from telkom for my prepaid fixed line (028 nr). Ihave not been able to recharge by any or all means available and travelled to a telkom store four times (70km forth and 70 km back)) where tey recharged the phone without me being able to do the same and then they said I must see if the phone is working when I get home, which it did not.
I am compelled to throw their phone into the dustbin. I therefore no longer have a home telephone for almost a year. On the internet there is no service for prepaid, only contract. Not even fault reporting. Telkom, in my opinion is and always was $&*%#*@.
