Telkomasa email passwords

Anyone come across this before ?

Outlook says it needs a password, enter it and it fails.

So go to the Telkomsa portal and reset the password - email starts flowing again - but after a while it wants a password again - have to go to the portal and reset.

Rinse and repeat .

Maybe try and delete the password saved in credential manager?
Control Panel/Credential Manager
Then open Outlook and enter the password again.

If you enter the correct password into Outlook and run the test, it fails on the login details.

The only way to fix it is to reset the password on Telkomsa - then Outlook springs back to life.

So what I'm suggesting is that the password on the Telkom end keeps resetting.
