Whenever I receive my Telkom usage via email, it shows my bandwidth and underneath its something like:
To report bandwidth abuse, email to [email protected]
So just what exactly is "ABUSE", if we actually pay for our cap and get capped?
They make it sound like a bandwidth addiction rehab or something.. roflmao

Wait til you get hacked - then you will be using that addy in a hurry!

I don't think that address helps at all. I was sure I was hacked a few months back as I somehow used up 1.5gb in just 1.5 days when I only checked a couple emails. They said they would look into it and never got back to me. Turns out, I'm an idiot, and somehow steam loaded and downloaded a couple steam games in the background since I reinstalled my computer.

Yeah, it's in case someone uses your account without your knowledge/permission. Not when you go 50GB over your own 2GB limit, because they're too incompetant to run an authentication server for more than a week at a time...

lol and it is so easy to get peoples accounts I had a few at a stage but then got to scared using them just in case I have the cops pop up at my front door

maybe it's just because i'm from the oldschool but in my opinion using a 4 megabit connection to ping a 56 killobit user 100's of times per second is abuse. losing cap should be called 'theft'?
