So this morning I applied for my DO Broadband Level 3 CAP details after cancelling my DO 2 on Friday. I also needed to re-open a @telkomsa.net mailbox for the business which still receives important emails because people refuse to update their address books with our own domain addresses.
Everything was sorted out apart from activating the email mailbox - the link on the telkomsa.net site is poked and one cannot login - it just hangs.... even now as I post I still can't activate and the call centre says their system is poked too so they can't activate for me. I don't even want to think how many emails are being bounced because the mailbox currently doesn't exist even though it has been re-created but I can't activate - and the call centres says they are working on it! I am not happy!
