I recieved an email prohibiting from sharing the included information with anyone, right... strange hey... that from next month( or now) TelkomInternet will be hardcapping, funny thing that there's no mention of that on their website. Telkom's getting too dodgy, whats going to be next? I mean Telkom was a public company and used all of the tax payers money that includes the Sat-3 but now...

Is that not valid information DotCo would love to have in their possession before the cout case? December 5th?

Pretty much but then again, that had this huge legal document, sneaky sneaky, i wish i can just get whoever is doing this in my hands... pain..... hate....... it would be fun

I would imagine that some really fancy footwork is going on at the moment ... They sit basically with the same problem that other ISPs had last month to break the news about the hard capping. The problem is, that it is now a month later and they have brought out so many mix messages in the mean time.

Interestingly, ISPA and Icasa are "stoep stil". I think ISPA and Icasa are failing themselves with their own mission statements.

@nonick, The email would not make a difference anyway now.

Strange - I spoke to 3 different persons (tried to get hold of Royden, but couldn't) but all of them denied that the hard cap will be introduced in December. The lady I spoke to at 10219 don't know anything of a hard cap?

In fact they going one better than hardcapping, they re-introducing there 30GB account, they're really confident about the case.

So are they harcapping from january, cuz i really need my internet considering i still have like 2 months of holiday.

i was hardcapped on the 28th nov. i think the hardcap rollout is aimed for 1 december, it's just taking a while for telkom to set it up everywhere.
