TelkomInternet Uncapped Throtteling Local Gaming?

I just joined a Gary's Mod server via Steam with a friend on Afrihost. (Local CPT)

I am getting pings of 900ms. Everyone else is getting 11ms+. I checked my ping to google.co.za and it's a steady 15 - 20ms.

I finally switched over to my Afrihost prepaid 1GB account and I am getting 45ms ping.

Why is the latency so high with my TelkomInternet Uncapped account? :(
 
When it reached after 11PM last night and closer to midnight the latency also dropped down to ~35ms on TelkomInternet. However spikes above 100 were still occuring.

Afrihost held steady the entire time around 40ms.

Is this normal performance for TI Uncapped?
 
Not normal, getting slow website response too. Hopefully it is a minor issue :/.
 
I have a capped Telkom account and an experiencing a similar problem with latency to overseas servers between 18h00 and +- 23h30. The lowest server is about 500ms and then some time after 11 it drops down to normal (250 ms). If during that time i switched to axxess prepaid the lowest average is 220ms.
 
I have the Exact same issue. I also have switched to 1Gb on Afrihost for gaming. I think its time to swith if Telkom does not want to fix our issues. Ive noticed this since around the 22nd Nov.

:D could be... I'm sure you can add it to any package...

My line is being installed next week Tuesday, can't wait to add on this package and test it...
