has anyone on there telkom internet account gotten more than there cap allows?

Im on 3gig and i just hope im not capped, cuz i think i just went over the 3gig mark..

The amount is roughly double, it is arbitrary, and it is probably the only reason a sane person would use TI.

Aah you say bits I say bytes, OK ROUGHLY double then . But it's all good, I got my local only account from Mr BEEP in 5 minutes, who needs Telkom anyway...

It's very common to go above cap on a Telkom Internet account.

It's usually roughly double what it's supposed to be, but it can be much more.

One used to be able to go far over one's cap (thoughts of 11GB on a 2GB cap come to mind), but none of this anymore. Now one is capped at roughly double your one's allocated cap (ie. a 2GB cap should give you about 4GB of traffic)
