Hey.
You sure can. How are you connecting at the moment? I assume you have the router set up with a permanent connection to the tubes and you connect to the router? The "INTERNET" light will be on...
Anyway, if you go to "Advanced" Then hover over "WAN" you will see the connection parameters that has been created on the router. Click on one of them and then click on "Disconnect". Do this for all the connections, you will then see the "INTERNET" light switches off once all acounts are diconnected.
Then you need to create PPPOE connections in windows/ nix.
In Windows you should create a new connection, choose connect to the internet, PPPOE connection, enter your username and password etc, you know, that whole process
You will obviously then create such an connection on each pc, on the one pc for international and on the other one for your local account.
Connect from theses accounts. I am not sure, but I think you can set it to connect if an application wants to connect to the tubes.
