Telkom's usage tracker offline

We are currently experiencing technical problems and our technical team is currently attending to the problem.

When this happens does it mean that they wont count the usage on your account fot the time the are down? Or are they still counting the usage.:confused:

I have a feeling that they are still counting just want to confirm.

Usage still counts towards your cap. The usage tracker was down last night and a lot of people got uncapped IPs when they reconnected.
 
Very interressting! :confused: Why do i never get this kind of luck. Why I ask you. Bandwidth is soooo expensive :sick:

As far as we're concerned the iBurst Bandwidth monitor has also done a runner and currently we are logging in via Ian Halliday of tradepages account to view our BW... Weirdness...;)
 
I cannot wait for the Telkom Usage tracker to comes online.

I have two accounts but during past two weeks one of them was not in use because the bandwidth was at 2.99 MB (i.e. usage statistics also stays at 2.99)

About two days ago the bandwidth usage increased from 2.99 to 4.12.

(My router is by the way secured)

Sounds fishy, very fishy
