TelkomSA - Contract Question

Is it possible to get one of TelkomSA's "All Access" accounts without signing some horrible contract?

I already have a DSL line from them... It's just that I now want to take advantage of their SAIX local bandwidth "promotion". But I don't want to get stuck with them in case they change their mind about it three months down the line, or the SAIX news server dies or whatever...

So... Can one do it on a month-to-month basis?
