I run a mailing list for an organisation using Google groups. Recently several people have been complaining that they only receive some of the group emails and I'm trying to get to the root of the problem. I have noticed that all the people with problems have telkomsa email addresses. Can anyone confirm whether telkom's email servers are unreliable at delivering email ?
I have already got everyone to check in their spam/junk mail folders, and the missing emails are not going there.
