So I got my new DO Broadband Level 3 5GB account yesterday and I have a 384 line connected using the account and a 4MB - which should be 2 connections with the same username and password. When I log into the usage tracker it says there are 4 connections active - 2 of them using 0mb of data.
If I do an Audit Trail only the 2 connections IP Addresses are listed.
Does anyone know why these 2 other connections are active??
