TELKOMSA MAIL ASK USERNAME AND PASSWORD

Hi
My Telkomsa e-mail keep asking me my username and password in outlook. It work for years now and since yesterday afternoon.
I did not chance any settings.
Please help.

Try to log on using the web mail client, if it doesn't work there could be an issue with your username/password, in which case you would need to contact TI.

Thanks - try that but still not working there - some thing funny is going on.

Nothing funny is going on, you dont know your own username and pw, right it down - phone telkom and ask them to reset the pw and you will be fine

Check your windows credentials manager.
Remove Outlook references under "Generic" and "Windows Credentials".

1)Make sure that they change your password
2)Make sure that the mailbox is activated
3)test with webmail
4)test with outlook/thunderbird.
