The telkomsa webmail site (https://webmail.telkomsa.net/) has been unresponsive for weeks now (the message is "This site can't provide a secure connection"), and (https://webmail.login.co.za/) does not accept my username and password (and does not allow changing of passwords). I did change password via telkom technician, but this also did not help.
I can access my mails using windows live mail and on my phone mail app - but not via zimbra/webmail.
I need to access to the webmail so that I can delete mails and stop my mailbox quota from begin exceeded.
Any advice?

I have experienced the same problem. But, can't access my webmail account on any device or any browser. I have made untold calls to telkom's support without any help. They have now told me that there is a problem with Telkom's servers for the last TWO MONTHS and nobody seems able to fix the problem!!!! I can't get hold of a complaints contact number for anyone on the corporate side. And good luck with trying to get hold of ICASA! maybe Mybroadband can take up the cudgels n our behalf. Apparently it's affecting every Telkom email customer.

Very glad I moved important stuff out of Telkom mail months ago when their webmail server started playing up but server still worked sporadically.

Since October 23 the server 'can't be reached' or ' no secure connection' - even via Telkom website.
Gave up.

click on forgot pw, then they send a link or resetted pw to the said email.... WTF !!

People whom use telkomsa as their primary email account seem to enjoy the torture that comes with it.

Any luck with this matter??? still struggling on my side to access the webmail server....

I still can't log into the webmail server, it's now 4 months ! This is unbelievable. I've made so many calls to support technicians, who are clueless, I've done everything they've recommended, I've changed passwords several times. How do we get My Broadband to publicise this problem?

I've just had success! On https://webmail.telkomsa.net/ , when it asks for Version (at the bottom of the log in screen)- Don't leave it as default, but try Classic on the drop down menu. I tried this on Chrome and also on Firefox and both worked (neither work if you leave it on Default). I hope this is long-term - I certainly tried all of the Versions in the past, along with all of the new and old passwords.

Thanks a mill @mmshrink , managed to get in ( using Safari) by ticking ' classic' as you said. :)

I also did webmail password change via their website months ago, made no diff. ( & got in with original password this time !).

For me there's only a couple of things left to move to other email addresses, as seems there's practically zero guarantee it'll keep working.

Now can at least clear inbox out completely, so cheers for update !
