Technician was to have been here on the 14 Dec. Did a repointment for 22 Dec. No technician yet.
We are a medical company that reply heavily on an internet connection for our orders to go out. We have patients / hospitals that's waiting for more that three weeks for stock that cannot be delivered because of a telkom technician to install our line. This is a life or death situation for most patients.
Please can you get someone out here to compete the installation. Some of out stock has gone out on delivery notes as it was extremely urgent.
We are here to save lives. Your line installation is the tool we use.
