I've had only one experience with Cell C prior to buying a 5Gb/month package from Cell C at the beginning of October. The voice service was so kawk I dumped it and swore never to go to any Cell C store ever again. Never say never!!
To date I have absolutely NO complaints about my decision to dump VC and jump ship to Cell C. It is very affordable, the service in the store was excellent and the speed is much better than I need.
I however did ask a few questions on the TellTrevor site. On each occasion I received an automated reply, but that was that.
My conclusion is that Trevor, like the comedian supposedly in charge of the Bok side, is a comedian: nothing more, nothing less.
I think Cell C should get rid of their comedian, it should be easier than getting rid of the other comedian, and use the money to put up more towers for their excellent service.
