Hi everyone,
I recently got a 5100 from Telscum and I am currently trying to setup a web server.I use Abyss Web Server on port 8080 with a NO-IP Account with a redirect port to 8080.I try to set my nat to 8080 8080 10.0.0.100 but that does not work.

All I get is connection refused from (my IP:8080).When I originally set up the server for port 80 (Including NO-IP) I got to my 5100's setup page.
Is there any way in which I can config the system to work like a 56k where my ports are my ports. Please help.

Thx in advance

Greetings

If I understand your setup, you cannot view your own server from the same pc (http://xxxx.no-ip.com:8080) directly.

To see if its working google for a free proxy and use that as a loopback to your pc, then you will see it working.

Cheers

I want to setup my Router at Home and at the office so that I can work on the office PC from home.

I use VNC viewer/ server to do this, and have also registered a static IP with no-ip.com.

I want to achieve

VNC VIEWER PC - Marconi Router ------------- 5100 Router - PC-VNC SERVER

The only problem now is where and how to set it up!
Any help?

Thanx
