If you go to www.telkomsa.net, there's an apology/info bulletin/whatever at the bottom of the page - I couldn't stop laughing when I read:

Are these guys for real?!! Oh, and Melkhom's got a horrible web site - and it has been looking the same for longer than I can remember. Not interested in doing anything new, lowering costs - basically nothing.
Just there to steal our money - I hate Telkom. Like no other.
