"Temp Block on AOL Mail"

Received the following error message while attempting to send mail to an AOL address

"Temp Block on AOL Mail"

This immediately popped up in Outlook upon hitting the send button

I'm using smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net

I think this is a problem on AOL network, i read somewhere that they are blocking certain ISP's and users in the fight to prevent AOL customer's from being spammed.
