Is there anyone in SA, preferably Johannesburg that offers a temporary fast upload service?
This would be used to upload mail to office 365 - about 40GB of data.

You mean upload a backup of your emails to OneDrive?

If you don't have the internet facility to perform such an upload in a reasonable period of time, you're better off just using an external hard drive. Even if an internet cafe or friendly forumite had 100Mbps fibre for you to use, they'd probably have a capped account and be unwilling to let you upload so much data outside of the uncapped midnight window.

Not backup to one drive - import into new mail domain hosted in exchange online/office 365.
Currently mail is hosted on an onsite exchange server.
