Temporary relocating DSTV

Brought up DSTV Explora from Durban to Pretoria and expectation was that it would be a simple plug and play, but unfortunately not getting any data coming through.

Please advise how to go about activating it, should I visit their offices.

As far as i know it's a simple plug and play, problem must be on the wiring or the dish installation.

Im with you on that one, DSTV is for the mother in law, who is used to her ways...
