I bought a tenda 3 g router from amazon in the uk but prior to purchasing it I emailed tenda to ask if the router was compatible with Cell C and my 3g modem Huawei E1820. They confirmed it was compatible and I bought the router which a friend brought to SA for me.
I followed there installation instructions, updated the firmware, emailed there support desk numerous times and now they have said the router is not compatible……
The modem works connected directly to my PC, I used APN: internet and Dial:*99#, the other fields I left blank.
I wonder if anyone knows how to fix my problem or should get rid of the router?
