Tenor gateway disconnect tone settings

Hi

We are using Quintum Tenor gateways with asterisk for our phones but can't get the gateway to recognize the telkom disconnect tone when a call ends, anyone here that know how to sort this out?

Silence Timeout - 20

Then there's also this:

South Africa has two zones - the North (old Transvaal, etc) use 400 Hz for 2.5 seconds, followed by silence for 0.5 seconds, repeated 4 times. The South (Cape) use 400 Hz for 0.5 followed by silence for 0.5, repeated as above. Essentially Telkom used different voice switches in the various regions
