This has honestly been a terrible experience, and is causing a havoc off problems for getting a home loan, and all for R50.

I had an account with VM which was closed in April 2009.
Today on the 16 March 2010, I have received a credit report show a bad judgement from Virgin Mobile for R50 that has been outstanding for 210 days.
This account has been on debit order, and has never changed, but now while on call I've told that it was change to a cash payment which I never ordered to be done.
I have now been on hold for 30 odd minutes trying to get this resolved.
What I cannot understand, is why I have not received any emails, any snail mail, any telephone calls or an sms with regards to this account.
I have had the same contact number for almost a decade now, its fairly easy to contact me, but no communication whatsoever. Then the company claims to that I have changed from debit order to cash, I know calls are recorded and I would like a recording where this has happened.
VM's account management is absolutely terrible and completely disgusting. This has completely been a 180 degree turn on the view of the company. It doesn't seem like this will be sorted out soon either.
