I moved to a new place end of December and ever since then using the internet at night from 6pm to Midnight is a nightmare, I cannot game or watch live streams without it stuttering or high latency spikes. I have been going back and forth with Afrihost and get asked the same dumb thing all the time to send ping tests, i do this and it shows the problem when connected to the router or the ONT. Literally all day up until around 6pm my internet is fine, anyone have this issue, i'm sure its probably the line providers fault however why is Afrihost not reporting it so that it can be fixed, 2 weeks of back and forth emailing and nothing has been achieved. I called in yesterday, rep said she'll report to octotel and sms me shortly, i still haven't received an sms. What do i need to do to get this sorted?
