Terrible RAIN LTE performance for the last week.

:( This is definitely something that we are engagin RAIN with. At the end of the day we want our Clients to have the best possible experience. We will keep working on this from our side.

I don't suppose you've heard anything from IS/RAIN?
Issues are still not resolved, speeds and signal go to nothing during peak hours (5pm to 11:59pm)
I get latency of 20 SECONDS(!!) on RAIN LTE some nights.

Speeds are currently sitting at 300Kbps at best, which is far from the superspeed LTE that was advertised.

I've tried antennas, I've tired new routers, I've been struggling with this since the end of November and it hasn't been resolved.
There is clearly a tower/congestion issue that needs to be escalated with IS because the network is unusable.

The only feedback I ever seem to get is "How is your link now?"
the answer always remains the same. TERRIBLE.

Rain have supplied us with an updated and more detailed coverage form that we can use to log queries. Please feel free to PM me your account info and I'll fill it out for you. :)
