Terrible service from Web Arica

I referred someone and my god, I wish I did not.

Before I go full copy-paste here, @WebAfrica Helper will you please look into Order no: 8521715856 en ticket ID 1774685.

I staked my reputation and referred someone to you and now I sit with an egg on my face because your support and service to them are absolutely appalling.
 
They have debited my card 3 times. Sent an email about the error but when will they return the funds? Worst of all my service shows unpaid but they took the monthly fee x 3 and whatsapp assures me the money will be refunded but when?

It sucks when that happens. Their support is normally pretty good. I had them when I had ADSL but switched to Vox when I got fibre purely due to price.

Must say webafrica support, especially billing, has become dysfunctional, seems impossible to get legit problems sorted ... then they suspend you and insist on payments of amounts you don't actually owe them.

Gettting issues sorted out seems impossible - on hold for 60+ mins an the call centre and whatsapp chat but nothing, often just get cut off.

So nothing's changed since we left them years ago.

You are on here quite regularly. I read many of your posts. Webafrica is well known on here for its sht service. Many complaints. They are Telkom/Rain/Eskom/Mweb level sht.
Why in the Mississippi fck would you recommend these monkey's @s$es?

Afrihost used to be the shitshow Web Africa used to be the good guys.

Has @WebAfrica Helper responded to you yet? If not, please do the copy and paste thing as hearing about sht service never gets old to me.

Most Fibre suppliers are totally inept in this country. I've experienced nothing but unprofessional, people in this field. Emails are ignored, phone calls are a waste of time. I deal with UK streaming companies and they are superb!

Web Africa is completely fcked

They are onpar with Mweb, and that is horrible.
