Test account options?

While I am having 256 kbps YouTube throughput on my 10 meg uncapped Afrihost account (similar for the capped account too) are there any ISPs out there with a test account I could trial (heck, I'd even do a PAYG account for testing)

I doubt they'd shape an account with 12 Gigs usage on a 10mbps uncapped, though you never know.

He'll provide you with an OpenWeb test account -of your choice, I'm sure.
I'd recommend OpenWeb, obviously.
Give them a go, they've been nothing but solid for me.
