Good day,

Is there any way of testing my iBurst antenna and the cables? The reason why I ask is, every time I plug the antenna into any modem (got two) the signal is gone. I have tried to point the antenna in the directions of the towers around me (Bedfordview, Edenvale and Isando) and signal stays on 0%. I cant figure out if its the "pigtail" (thin cable that connects directly into the modem) the antenna cable or antenna it self that's faulty.

The pigtail you can test with a multimeter; there should be continuity between the outsides of the two connectors and the insides of the two connectors, but not between the inside and the outside.

Otherwise try to find someone who has a known working pigtail and antenna and then swap bits until you figure out which is faulty.
