Testing Station Location - Gauteng

Hallo everyone,

I want to find out if you anyone in the community went to book a license (drivers or learners) at a testing station in Gauteng this week. Can you please tell us (the community) where you went and how long you stood in the queue?

Can't help you there buddy. Still trying to organize my own booking. My story so far:
1. Get to testing station and request to book for a license - I get told that I need to do this through the call centre.
2. Phone the call centre which is offline and I get told to do it at the testing station. I ask the lady if she is absolutely sure about this. She confirms that this is the correct procedure and I can do this anytime between 07:30 and 15:00.
3. Drive to the testing station at 12:30. Arrive there and ask where I can book for the test. The guy first tells me that I can't make a booking there. Then I insist and told him what the lady on the phone told me. He then agrees that it can be done at the testing station, but they are only taking bookings at 10:00am so I need to come back the following day at 10am to make a booking.

I'm now seriuosly p'd off and will most likely use a 3rd party to do this for me.
