I'm not using the Wordpress hosting, but all the static the content gets delivered via Akamai, and your blog draws alot of traffic ,it will definitely be worth it!

It's not really for a blog, it's for an organisation's website.

You shouldn't be paying extra just to host Wordpress.

For a company website, Wordpress isn't a bad idea since it's an excellent SEO enabled platform and also very easy to use.

Its 75 bucks a month - not exactly a bank breaker - and for something that is designed to work with the cms and improve its performance - it doesn't seem to bad.
