Text Editor (Like Ultra Edit)

Is there anything better than Ultra Edit?

I need a text editor that can display hex, as well as the different types of line feeds, eg. <LF> <CR><LF>...

Unicode, non-unicode, etc...

Anyone know any?

But with so many recommendations for Notepad++ I think I'm going to give that a try...

I use SCITE for LUA scripting. Pspad etc is over crowded with functions I dont need.
