Ideally, you will have:
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Proven experience in Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• Proven experience or good working knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM and/or SMS, Windows 7 & Server 2008 r2 technology, VMWare 5.1, SQL 2008 Express
• ITIL or similar service management principles
• Excellent desktop hardware and peripheral knowledge
• Technical project management skills
• Research and Development experience and strong documentation skills
• Retail experience (desirable)
You will also have:
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to plan, organise and prioritise activities
• The ability to work under pressure and display initiative
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• A strong service orientation and able to provide customer service as per agreed SLA’s
