Tg589vn v3 vdsl support?

i have a tg589vn v3 mweb router im currently with my isp on a 20meg line i get 18mbps and upload 0.80 they said i need to change my connection name to vdsl and not adsl is there a way how to do it? is the router vdsl supported? i checked on google and it said its vdsl supported so how do i change the name and stuff etc. it looks greyd out on the settings menu of the router? some help would be much aprecciated.

You need to call whoever your line is with and ask to be switched over to VDSL if your exchange supports it.

im with axxess and they said i need to change it manually but settings is greyd out so cant select them

Yeah, you need to flash new firmware.
There was a thread on here a long while back on the instructions.

Thanks alot I tried that the router after reset just revert back to normal mweb settings seems like it doesn't pick up the firmware
