Turns out my account had accidentally been lost and my UTD-ID had been re-assigned to another UTD by mistake.
I phoned the helpdesk, got an answer in 3 rings. Spoke to the guy manning the call center who was exceptionally helpful, knew exactly what to check.
He then put we through to Kwena Headbush (This guy deserves a raise Sean
), he sorted it out within 45mins.
And I'm back online! With a couple extra gigs for my troubles.
