My VM account just got credited with a 1gig/R500 "thank you"! Ya!

I can't say why, and no it was not an apology for a stuff-up on their part.

VM and more specifically Gerald do make an effort to help where they can.

The "hush" money they pay from time to time is the only positive part of their service.

The technical side is sadly lacking. Nobody complains when something is cheap or free.
 
We do have programs where clients get rewards when you v-charge your account. Airtime credits also depend on the nature of the quiry received. Pls pm me your details should need more clarity. Otherwise just V-Charge, you might be next......

I'm not quite sure what you mean? This was not v-chare/v-rewards related. Should have made that more clear I suppose. Gerald sent me some airtime as a thank-you and I just wanted to thank him for it.

That's only when the V-Charge is working properly. Twice this week i couldn't V-Charge because of some WAP error:(

Hope that you're doing great. I just wanted to mention that i purchased a new phone yesterday at your Waterfront Cape Town store and i was impressed at the way the whole deal was handled. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the 200 free minutes a month that comes with the deal. I'm looking to purchase another phone next month for my future wife:)
