Thatch fire proofing and lightning protection

So house renovations plans were just approved.

The Lapa needed to be added as an AS BUILT as prior owners did not have it on plan.

As part of the approval a fire protection plan needed to be included.

There are two items the application of thatch marshall/lightning protection system (SANS 10313) that need to be done.

Any idea on costs?

also recommend Surgetek as stand alone products for inside db etc ,lots of different makes but Surgetek is accepted by major insurance companies and some ask for them by name for cover .
