From 1 January 2019, all South Africa’s banks’ new fees and charges come into effect – as a result, you can expect to pay more at ATMs and points of sale to get hold of your money.

And

FNB updates its fees in June, while Capitec’s fees will be updated in February 2019. Old Mutual’s Money Account fees are effective from October 2018, while Bidvest Bank’s new Grow account launched in December.

I mean, who writes these articles?

Withdrawing from a non native Capitec ATM is still cheaper than drawing from any of the other banks native ATM's as an account holder with them. Ridiculous that the "larger" banks still get away with charging what they do. Glad I moved to Capitec, and staying there.

The fee table is missing EFT pricing. Weird as I would have thought that would be the most used payment type and can have a major impact on your monthly fees.
