This article does show the sad state of gear availability in the country.

EOS M10: Dropping off the scene locally, but maybe places like Orms still have some.
Fujifilm X-A3: Not really a thing locally (at least not yet).
Olympus E-M10: Cameraland has always stocked these, but not many others.
Panasonic: Good luck.
Sony: Not in the country.

This is probably why the Fujifilm X-T10 has been popular locally.

I See Cameraland stocks them as well http://www.cameraland.co.za/photo/cameras/mirrorless-cameras

Dont get me started on Sony and S.A availablity :(
Although thankfully gumtree occasionally has some bits and bobs.

One of those on the list, the EOS M10, is on special at Makro. The camera plus 15-45mm lens is R6k.

It's a pity the NX1 was so short lived. It's a great camera with very good specs and features, it takes awesome videos and photos. I hope I'll get a few more years of service out of mine...

I remember when the EOS-M was selling at Makro for R2k... wish I'd bought another one then.

I'm actually considering getting the EOS-M mount adapter so I can rent some Canon glass and experiment...it's a tad expensive though

I have the 22mm f/2 (if that's what you mean?). Would love some zoom though...

Yeah, that's the one.

I shot some good video with the 16-35 f/2.8 on it the other day when I set it up as a second camera.
