Lets face it, it's all very well have unlimited local access when your capped - if you were in the USA for instance
But we're not and there really isn't that much to do on the local scene - outdated downloads, a pathetic online gaming scene (in comparison to overseas) and forums.

Dude the local scene has torrents, ppl leech international warez, and when they get capped they share all locally. The local scene is quite good, thats why id love to have full speed local after cap

local does suck, however you use a local proxy to access international stuff at fast speeds, thats way better than 64k international
