Update the NUC BIOS
Disable Fast Boot in BIOS
Disable Windows Fast Startup
Scratch around in the bios under the power tab as there are some settings there.

All of that just to get it to not sleep? I'd rather "downgrade" to another OS.

Even that's a bit drastic, just play a thing in a media player on repeat, mute and minimize.

If you google nuc goes to sleep it seems quite common for the nucs. Those few changes are quick, whether it works i have no idea.

There are sleep states in the BIOS, check those out.

I highly doubt it's a Windows issue.

Intel NUC's are low powered PC's that by design default the BIOS to a low powered setting.

@LazyLion Check the power management tab of the BIOS and disable all power saving features.
